Return and Exchange Policy

1. Return Policy

  • You may return products within 7 days from the date of purchase.
  • Returned products must be unused, undamaged, and in saleable condition, with the original receipt preserved.
  • Returns will not be accepted for products that are opened, used, or damaged after delivery.
  • We do not accept returns for opened or used products.
  • Refunds will be processed through the original payment method and may take up to 15 days to credit to your account.

2. Exchange Policy

  • Many of our products are eligible for exchange within 7 days of delivery for domestic orders.
  • Some items are made-to-order and are not eligible for exchange.
  • Only products that are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all labels and tags intact, and in original packaging are eligible for exchange.

3. Exchange Process

  • To request an exchange, please use the return link, send an email, or contact us by phone.
  • Once your request is received, our courier partner will arrange a pickup within 5–7 business days.
  • The item will be returned to our warehouse and checked by our quality control team.
  • If the product passes quality control, the new exchanged item will be dispatched to you.

4. Partial Order Exchange

  • You may exchange any eligible products from your order within 7 days of delivery.
  • Please note, some items are not eligible for exchange.
